Guest guest Posted July 6, 2001 Report Share Posted July 6, 2001 Welcome . I have some Sansone In House Walking Videos that I find really helpful. She has 1, 2, 3 and 4 mile videos. I have always done treadmill that is when I actually exercised, but I like this better. I pop it in the VCR in my room and go thru it. It is much more invigorating than the treadmill.
