My losing moment of the day...

Hello All!!

Another losing moment just happened... needed to change because one

of my daughters got sick on me so I grabbed some sweats I hadn't worn

in a while. Oh my goodness - they are so baggy all of a sudden!! I

swear, it seems like just the last few days I am noticing that I'm

actually losing!! I'm so motivated right now!!

For dinner tonight I'm bbq-ing a salmon. Yum! I'll be uploading the

chicken recipes later tonight.
