Guest guest
I cannot do repetitive motion due to FMS, reynauds, and RA. I even have orders from my doctor not to do such things. Frequent breaks must be taken, I'm not even able to lift a whole ten pounds. If you have to do repetitive motions it is good to take rest breaks often and to not sit down for too long without getting up and stretching..hope this helps:) kbking63 <rtking33@...> wrote: Repetitive motion is like typing on the computer for a couple of hours a day or knitting...The ringing is in both my ears/head is a bit annoying but having another flare like the last is what I am terrified of.Kathy > > What is repetitive motion? I have had RA for 5+ years, and I am 68. I sure hope you never get another flare up like you had before. The whole thing, plus ringing in your ears must have been awful. I hope you are having a good pain free day. > Barbara > > >> [] > --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Does Reynauds make the top portion of your feet turn blue? My feet the top portion turn blue at times and I also notice that when I take a warm bath they turn a strange white & splotchy . All this information helps. I am tapering off medrol starting to day and am very tired I think I will opt for resting instead of fighting through it anymore right now. Thanks for everything. Guest guest
Reynauds can make fingers and toes turn white/blue or purple. It makes one very sensitive to cold. I have to use gloves to get anything out of the frozen food areas. If I reach into the freezer without them, my hands become very very painful to the point of making my eyes water, and burn and itch. My hands and feet feel very cold all of the time. RICHARD KING <rtking33@...> wrote: Does Reynauds make the top portion of your feet turn blue? Guest guest
Hi Kathy: Thanks for the info. I hope you never go through a bad flare-up again. I try to take it one day at a time. I have a wonderful Rheumy who is so caring and smart, and gets me through the bad times. I wish you pain free days, and glad you are in this wonderful group of caring people.
