Hi Carla...I am 56, and though a long time ago I lost my beloved husband pretty

unexpectedly as well. I am so sorry. It changes a person in ways they never

imagined. But reaching out as you have done here is so very important. Please

feel free to write me off-list should you want to.

RA and related illnesses are such challenges. You never know when a flare will

come, even if any particular medication is working well most of the time. I

have clinical depression as well. It all adds up to so much on one's 'plate' as

they say. Please know I am sending my support and understanding from here in

the Pacific NW.
