Hi Jan!

I empathize with you completely! I cannot seem to get out of a pain flare. Last

night, I had the heating pad on high on my knees then moved it to ankle area. I

take the Ultram ER which stays in your system 24 hours so its working better for

me than the Tramadol did. I took one of those, but was a little nervous doing

it. Each night before bed, I take my second dose of Plaquenil, my second dose

of Sulfasalazine, my Flexeril, my atenolol, and my Lunesta. I was worried about

combining a pain med in that close to my sleeping med, but I had to do it! I

woke up just a little stiff. Took my sheltie down the block for a very slow

walk and now its back..so I will be resting on the chaise again today..I hope

your flare passes soon too! I just keep telling myself " pain is weakness leaving

the body " and " this too shall pass "

Morning,

I am Jan S with fibro and osteo arthritis. I am hurting so very badly

today. My feet and legs are worse and I feel like I have fallen a whole

flight of steps. There is not one spot on me neither bone, muscle or

connective tissue that is not screaming.

I am on tramadol and lyrica, celebrex and cymbalta. It is only taking the

edge off. I have made one batch of yeast dough and am doing laundry.

I feel like screaming, but what will that accomplish.

Thanks for listening! :)

Too bad you are in a bad flare now, too. I really can understand

about your pain since I have fibro and OA also. My pain meds are

tramadol, Darvocet N, and Neurontin which don't help my pain much

either. Hope you feel better soon and can rest for awhile.

hugs,

Debbie L

I too am sorry for your pain. I am on Neurontin and Celebrex. Still trying to

find the meds. The Neurontin seemed to work the first week, and for some reason

they have stopped. If I stop the Celebrex I get to stiff to move. Sorry, I got

off on my own pain when I really just wanted to say, I hope you get to feel

better. And yeast, you make your own bread...I love to cook, its my passion. Not

much of a baker but love to grill !! I wish all of you a pain free day :)
