From the blurb you had, it seems to be not about promoting a balanced, healthy diet among celiacs/gluten sensitive, but going from the 'gf will help you w/sports' perspective. 2nd, I'm curious why a cookbook author is the 'expert' in nutrition, rather than someone with...um... nutrition training? Perhaps I'm reading too much into it!
