Guest guest Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 I remember trying Melatonin a few years ago but it didn't help at all. I do wish it did, the quiet would be nice, I think. And, it didn't affect my meds, but maybe the RA meds caused the Melatonin not to work as well as it could??. Since being treated for sleep problems, there's been no change in the Tinnitus, so that possibility is moot as well. Maybe a 2x4 would make a difference....
