Guest guest
I have had this problem for over 30 yrs. due to injury. I generally sit in a very soft easy chair and that helps. Also I bought an air cushion for travel. Your doc will give you cortisone shots every 6 months. Cheryl [ ] Coccyx OUCH!!! > My most recent problem is pain in the coccyx area! Guest guest
About a year ago I started seeing a chiropractor for the same issue. Looking back... that was about the time I became not as hyper-anal about keeping my house immaculate. That was about the time I started simply not wanting to do any more than required in life and sometimes even less than required... in all aspects if you know what I mean. How do I know it was right about this time? Our wedding anniversary is tomorrow and I remember thinking I should be on top of the world but all I wanted to do was take a nap. I really didn't have much to do with the planning of the wedding. I blamed it at the time on stress of being in a new city with no friends near me, family not around the corner anymore, finishing my masters degree while working full time and trying to learn everything at my new job. What I did? several months of adjustments from the chiropractor and boom it went away without meds or any problems.I basically had to continue to go because my muscles were pulling me back out of place. I remember it hurting so bad trying to get out of the car I would grimace because of the pain. Good luck! > [ ] Coccyx OUCH!!! > > > > My most recent problem is pain in the coccyx area!
