Guest guest
I went to my GP this week (I'm still waiting for March 6th to see the rheumatologist....and I have another problem. I have no idea if this is related to anything with EBV or RA. Actually my physician is stumped as well. I have sort of an eczema around the outside of my nipple. My breasts are extremelly sore/sensitive, however, no discharge. Now I have to wait another month to see an infectious disease doctor. He thinks it's a fungus! Never had this until 10 days ago. Is this something related to EBV or RA? I have taken off this month (JAN) as sick from work..I have been struggling for two months trying to work and not know what is wrong with me. Plus my father died two months ago and just had to force my mother into a nursing home who has now disowned me. So...as they say....when it rains it pours! I am glad to find this group to ask questions. I appreciate 's research albeit it's over my head most of the time. I have tried to read everything I can about RA but this unless you are a clinician, it's difficult to interpret. I do have one more question, my doctor wants me to go on antidepressants. Do most of you take this as well? Thanks for your help. Betts in VA
Guest guest
Bless your heart Betty. You have really been going through it. I had blood come out one of my nipples and it scared me to death. I just knew I had cancer. I went through all the tests and waited and waited and what had happened was a blood vessel broke in the top of my breast and the only way the blood could come out was through my nipple. I'm telling you this so you won't get too upset while you are waiting to get to see your DR. Sometimes it's nothing at all. Yes, I've been on depression medicine for a long time. I take Lexapro. It will take a few months to kick in though. I know what you mean about the research, It's hard for me to understand as well but I do thank for sending it all through for those that do understand it. Take tender gentle care of yourself and you will be in my fervent prayers. Tender Hugs, Bonnie To the world you may be one person, to one person you may be the world! I found my birth daughter, her name is ! www.bonniesplace1.com Posted by: " karpeidm " bschnellenberger@... karpeidm Sat Jan 12, 2008 5:50 am (PST) I went to my GP this week (I'm still waiting for March 6th to see the rheumatologist....and I have another problem.
