Ebony, you had the contrast dye? I had to have that for my some of my

MRIs, I had a terrible reaction the first time! I started shaking,

and swelled up like a balloon. That MRI was no good, I couldn't be

still enough because of the shaking. Twice after that, my rheumy had

to drain fluid from my knee, tons of it. He told me to take 40 mg of

prednisone the morning of any MRI with the contrast dye, and extra

vicodin to get through it. I've had 3 more, and got through all of

them with minor problems - like a headache. Also, general sedation

will make you feel bad for a couple of days, too - I was warned about

that for my lumpectomy.
