I just wonder if given all the cuts the doctors would be facing in

reimbursement, if they wouldn't look at this as opportunity to " bill " for

more services, therefore doing it themselves. I'm sure this is the most

pessimistic view of doctors, but working under CMS guidelines, I've seen

crazy things.
