Guest guest
Patty; am wondering if your cycles depend at all on what you eat. do you or alot of the girls have a lot of food allergies? a lot of my symptoms seem to depend on what, or even how much I eat. thanks. gg Re: cycles This flaring (or exacerbation) and calming, or waxning and waning, is very common amongst people with autoimmune disease. This is the nature of this type of illness. The immune system is cyclic in nature. The way my healing occurred, I had longer days of feeling well and lesser days of feeling poor, until I felt good all the time.My symptoms went away after about 4 years.Patty>> before explantation did your symptoms go in cycles, it seems that i am ok > for a couple of weeks without any swelling to my face, lips, feet, hands and then > wham!! i wake up with lips are big and swollen, etc.> For those of you that have been explanted, did all of you have your symptoms > go away?> > > > **************Need a new ride? Guest guest
Gayle, Yes, I've noticed my symptoms flare based on what I eat but it is less so now. I had numerous food intolerances but was tested and avoided those foods for a year. I can now eat more and don't seem to be bothered by gut problems except when I chelate for mercury. It took me a while to get my gut under control but probiotics and enzymes helped immensely as well as avoiding milk, gluten and sugar. And same as you with amount of food I eat...I do better as long as I graze all day with several small portions. Big portions don't sit well with me. Guest guest
Sis, It sounds like you are getting better and better over time, and I'm thrilled for you. It IS a slow healing process, but with tenacity regarding good health practices, it can certainly happen. Congratulations on your purchase of a far infrared sauna. It's incredible how wonderful a good sweat can make you feel. Take care and thanks for posting your progress! It is encouraging to so many. Guest guest
Hi Gayle, No, I never felt worse after a flush, only better for a day or two and then symptoms would return but not as strongly. I definitely think it has helped me w/ food intolerances as I had many but now am able to eat everything except milk and gluten. I did a parasite cleanse for 60 days before the liver flushes. It's called Paranix, Internal Sweep and Klenz Tea. Yes, it is amazing the things people have learned about our bodies...it's as if, how did they know there would be stones and this would be the way to get them out?! I've heard of two other liver flushes. One involves drinking apple juice for four days prior to the flush. I didn't do this because apple juice is fuel for candida...I heard it's like pouring gasoline on a fire. The other one involves Coca Cola and that too I felt was the last thing I needed. I've been told I don't metabolize fats and I was concerned about the amount of olive oil but it didn't seem to bother me...doesn't taste good, but it works! Good luck. Guest guest
hi PH; am wondering if you took epsom salts with each cleanse, and if you felt bad then at nite the way you described the one night when you ate at 2:15. I've heard of people doing these the other ways you described also with the apple juice, etc. - I too cannot take that- I'm wondering mainly tho what happens if I leave the epsom salts out , or take very little, If I remember right, clark says to drink it 2or 3 times before going to bed., how much did you take? thanks again for your help. gg Re: cycles Hi Gayle,No, I never felt worse after a flush, only better for a day or two and then symptoms would return but not as strongly. Guest guest
I think you would do OK with apple juice if you used Organic juice . . . Available at health stores. It's cloudly, with sediment at the bottom . . . It doesn't have nearly the bad sugar content that the pee looking stuff does.Rogene
