Advice on sleep aids

Hi all I hope you are all doing well. I am hanging in there but I

cannot stay healthy. I have been sick on and off for two months

straight so sick I have ended up in emergency 3 times.. Well come to

find out the Enbrel was doing it but now I have to wait for it to get

out of my system and then they started me on a new ra drug called

Arava has anyone been on it. I Got so violently ill after taking it

a few days I ended up back in the er so now I am afraid to go out.

Has anyone gone through this I know how we can get sick easier due to

our immune disorder but now I feel I am homebound and am going nuts.

Anyways also my RA said getting the right sleep is so important cuz

it will help with the pain but I am having a hard time with sleep

aids. Lunesta leaves a horrible taste in my mout all day, Trazodone

did not work, amitriptyline did not work and Ambien 10mg does

sometimes but not consistent can anyone give me advice on another

type of sleep aid or tranquilizer so I can get the sleep I need? I

am so scared right now cuz of the illnesses I keep getting and my

sleep is so messed up. I have no life right now and am afraid to go

anywhere now so I do not get sick. I have 3 amazing boys who are

all in sports and a amazing husband so I feel terrible if I have to

miss one of their games. Please any suggestions or thoughts are
