Does anyone have experience with a congenital sucrase-isomaltase deficiency?

A good friend of mine has a 3 year old who most likely has this. He may also be

lactose intolerant. He has been on Sucraid which helps significantly, but she

is really struggling with feeding him. She also has an almost one year old, so

this is all very stressful for her.

I told her it would be great for her to work with a RD who has expertise in this

arena. She is working with a pediatric gastroenterologist. She lives in

Gardiner, NY area, so was wondering if anyone knows a RD in that area or in the

surrounding areas.
