Harvard’s own version of healthy plate draws criticism

It may draw criticism, but because there is an inclusion of water and

annotation of more healthy oils and healthy protein choices, as well as a

little different division of portion sizes, I am liking Harvard's version

better.

On a side note, I cannot tell you how humorous this is to me. When I was

working in south Florida in a Diabetic education program, I developed this

graphic. I developed this between 1989 and 1991. Funny, huh?
