Guest guest
I was asked by a sales agent when it first arrived in my area to evaluate the product. The protein is high quality (soy protein isolate) and it has 5 gm of fiber per serving (without the addition of fruit). It is low sodium and contains about 30% of the daily value for a handful of vitamins/minerals. Just like Slim Fast or any other 2 shakes plus a sensible meal plan, it is a quasi protein sparing modified fast. As we all know, these programs generally do not work long term but one of the benefits of this program is you can " build " your own shakes with the addition of various fruits, flavor packets, and flavor extracts so the " boredom factor " is less. My opinion is that overall it is a good, high quality product if this is the weight loss plan a person chooses. Also the soy component is non-GMO...a nice thing to see.....
