Guest guest Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Hi everyone, Sorry for the cross posting.A friend asked me about foods that can help with fibroid symptoms and maybe shrinking?From what I found there is no scientific evidence that any food intake or avoidance could do either. Some not so reliable sources imply that soy and soy product may increase the size and /or symptoms due to its phytoestrogen content.Any insight from any of you who are more experienced in that area?Would appreciate any input.
