Guest guest
I’ve heard that coconut is good for Crohns due to the MCT. Costco has coconut chips. While they have a little sugar, it isn’t a lot and they’re quite tasty. All the best, a a Schwartz Wennik, M.S., R.D. Guest guest
You can also buy 1 lb box (round like a salt box, plastic with a screw-on cap) at Wallmart for not too much. Just watch out if it’s >75 degrees bc it may leak on the way home. I use it a lot for my own skin and my mother’s psoriasis to soften it, but have cooked with it also and you can’t taste it.
