I’ve heard that coconut is good for Crohns due to the MCT. Costco has coconut

chips. While they have a little sugar, it isn’t a lot and they’re quite

tasty.

You can also buy 1 lb box (round like a salt box, plastic with a screw-on cap)

at Wallmart for not too much. Just watch out if it’s >75 degrees bc it may

leak on the way home. I use it a lot for my own skin and my mother’s psoriasis

to soften it, but have cooked with it also and you can’t taste it.

my newest book entitled, “Tell Me What To Eat If I Have Inflammatory Bowel

Disease†to give to your client! It definitely has some good, easy to read

and understand info on Crohn’s as well as tips, recipes, resources, etc...
