RD Competence Evaluation/check list

Hello friends,

Would you please share a copy of 'RD competency evaluation/check list'.

Just found out its a requirement for HFAP accreditation. Currently we have

annual 'RD performance evaluation form' which check on points of responsibility

from the job description document.
