I am in search of nutrition information of mealworms. Evidently they're available in some cities with many different ethnic groups and commonly sold by street vendors in push food carts. Supposedly theyre served fried and crunchy as toppings on other foods, and are believed to be high in protein. I have no other information but it's really important to me to find out. I have only used these works as well as others for my exotic lizards food and never thought of tasting them (and won't taste them now either). This is a very serious inquiry and I'll appreciate all responses.
