Guest guest Posted April 18, 2007 Report Share Posted April 18, 2007 Dear FORUM, Re: /message/7146 I totally agree with Dr Alok on the need to increase the facilities for testing across the country and that is one of the focus of NACP III launched being launched this month. Also the concept of VCTC has now been changed to ICTC i.e. Integrated Counselling and testing centres where patients from antenatal clinic as well as those referred from DOTS centres on suspicion on history will also be tested in adddition to walk in clients. Also we need to debate on the issue of Provider initiated testing with facility for post test counselling and a opt-out policy.
