Melatonon and tinnitus (ears ringing)

Hi Lois.....thanks..Yes, I know what the back of the melatonin bottle says

and one of the members had an appt with her rheumy on the 15th and was going to

talk to him it since she had ear ringing also. I was going to ask mine at the

end of June when I see him. We were going to run it by them. she was going

in first. lol

I didn't know it said that on the melatonin bottle. I take melatonin

plus an OTC sleeping pill most nights because otherwise, I can't go to

sleep. I might have to stop taking the melatonin. I wonder what the ill

effects are for those with autoimmune diseases.
