Dietetics Entrepreneur class homework

Hi everyone,

I'm taking a Entrepreneurship in Dietetics through the Great Plains IDEA

consortium as part of the MS in Dietetics degree. 

I need an RD entrepreneur to interview for a homework assignment. 

Anyone want to volunteer?    I'm interested in what kinds of businesses all of

you entrepreneurial RDs have set up.

My prof would prefer a phone interview over an email interview.  So, if you're

interested in being the star of my homework, send me an email please.   

We have to do a business plan as the major project for the semester and at this

point I don't have any ideas.  I'm an extension agent currently in nutrition &

health at Fort Riley and formerly was an extension horticulturist  for 13

years.  Basically I'm into educating people and have little business drive! 

But, we found out that due to major defense cuts, our extension office will

close 30 September, so I figured that this might be a start of a back-up plan.
