Hello,

Occasionally I get the burning, I have gotten a few mouth sores, but they

are in the corner of my lips, tiny yet annoying and they go away quickly so I

don't know if they are related, but do only come after MTX day. I just make

sure I take it with some kind of food. I switched to yogurt as its cooler.

Do you ever get a burning in your throat and an instant mouth sore? This is

my second week of treatment and last week I thought perhaps I had something

with too much acid for dinner but the same thing happened tonight! Almost

instantaneous! It went away rather quickly last week.

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this! Thanks!

I am on injectable mtx, and if I don't take folic acid twice daily I

get mouth sores, and other sores. My prescription of folic acid is 3

mg daily.
