Guest guest
CC, I'm going through the same thing with PT right now. Only with me it's $35 a visit not $20. Ouch! I've been to one visit, and frankly, if she is only going to have me do exercises and ice my back. Okay, and a very short evaluation. I wasn't very impressed, having went to PT before. There wasn't anything I can't do that at home, and of the 7 exercises, there was only one I wasn't doing already. Which may be a solution for you. Ask your doctor if there are exercises for you to do at home. He may want you do have a evaluation at the PT office, but see if you can do that once or twice a month. Oh, and to answer your question about MRI's. Yes, evidence of RA does show up in MRI. In fact, it shows up in MRI before x-rays. > > I need to ask this question but i am afriad ill sound stupid. but here goes--does RA show in mris? > Right now i am extremely frustrated and in pain and now have no answers. Monday i recived my mri results and was told that there is nothing wrong with my shoulder. The doctor wants me to go to physical threaphy 3 times a week (at a cost $20 each visit) for three weeks. My husband and i are on a extremely tight budget as he is the only one that works- we cant afford this. But i dont know how to deal with the pain .
