Guest guest
, I don't have any answers but I do know where you are coming from. My daughter and grand-daughter both already fear that they will have it. I have tried to tell them that is not always the case, but they aren't listening, again (sigh). Guest guest
Hi , My name is and I have two teenage children. They are worried about getting the RA also. The only thing I could tell them was that if they did get it, hopefully it would be later in life when they could possibly have better ways to treat the disease. It wasn't much reassurance, but it was all I could think of at the time. Does anyone know a better answer? The one I gave my kids sounded like a cop out to me. I think they deserve better. Thanks! Good luck in your treatment . [ ] Any one feel the same? I have two little girl's 6 & 8.And i was worried that they might be as unlucky as me and become ill with RA.And when the question came up I was told that my daughters would be fine because it's a blood disorder and the mix between mine and there dad's would eliminate the possibility. Well I sort of question that! And I was wondering if anyone has any questions of it as I do!I do know it is heretitary because both me and my brother are affected by it. He's 32 and has damage of every joint in his body. And now has 2 prostetic knees.

Guest guest
Hi Melynda, Thank you for the support! It's really nice to know that I'm not alone in my battle against this disease. Both of my kids are very healthy so I have hopes they won't have to suffer with this. I'm trying not to worry about them developing the disease, but it's hard. I try to down play my symptoms so they won't worry so much, but sometimes the pain is too much to handle. I try to give all my worries to Jesus also, but again, it's really hard. So I just pray a lot and hope He understands. Soft Hugs, [ ] Any one feel the same?
