Try to give your mind a rest and let it settle, if you can. Arm yourself with all the info possible and try to stay positive. Stress is not your friend. It does sound like your doctor is trying to help you. Remission is achievable, I pray that you will get started on the right meds for you and your life will have some normalcy again.
