I found a bunch of info but this sent by another colleague ( Dahl) is

much more complete. I wish I could get the measures and be able to calculate

actual grams etc not just %s. It's been interesting especially since I woke

up my lizards this afternoon (beautiful 80 degrees and sunny so they were

getting wrestles). I found a less expensive source of dehydrated worms to

feed them as a side benefit of this investigation. J
