I'm a little bummer because I'm not sure if the neurontin is helping me. It is but only for a few hours at a time, then the pain comes back. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Hi - sorry to hear you are having troubles with migraines. I've had my neurontin increased recently and the only side effect was a temporary swelling of my feet that has since gone away. I hope you are able to isolate the cause. Perhaps its just the changes in your body and nothing to do with the medication? Best of luck. I was taking 600mg once a day to begin with, then my Rheumy increased it to 3 times a day and it made a big difference and lasted a lot longer.
