Guest guest
Hi, Is there a source for this info in the email below? It's for my daughter? Thanks. Hi Mom, I'm doing some research for organic growing and I'm trying to find the nutrient information, or nutrition information, of several sugars. Panela/panocha, malted barley extract, date sugar, and palm sugar. I need to find out more than caloric, protein and sugar amounts, I need actual nutrients such as Ca, Mg, Fe, whatever it has. Is there a site or something that I can use? Google isn't giving me the information I seek. For example, blackstrap molasses has Ca, Mg and Fe in it in appreciable levels (for feeding soil biology). I've used the other sugars, but don't know exactly what's in them. Love you!
