We use 30g Carb, 45g carb and 60g carb meals and nursing provides an evening

snack and sometimes afternoon one if the doctor wants

For those who work in hospitals, what are the standard diabetuc diets in

your policy?

I had a CNO tell me the NCS/LCS is no longer being used. Could you please

share with me any new standards of care or recent changes to practice

guidelines?
