Guest guest
Hello, I am currently working on a project and need professional advice on juicers and juicing. 1. Any thoughts on which of these juicers are better? Robotcoup juicers (http://www.robot-coupe.com/en-aust/catalogue/juicer,232/) vs Nutrifaster (one that jamba and whole foods uses) 2. What is your opinion on juicing? What nutrients are we most at risk for loss? (obviously some fiber). Do we account for any loss in the calories, pro or carbs? Items such as cucumber, kale, celery, apples (whole), oranges, mango, banana, carrots, lemons. Any resources would also be greatly appreciated because I am going to have to write an article and substantiate my " position " . -- Be Well, Elaine Hastings, RD, LD/N, CSSD *Nutritionist. Author.
