Wow, you sure have enough going on! I pray you can get back on the

Enbrel soon. I just started the mtx last night. I have been sick

all day, but hope the old side effects get better. I will start my

Humira tomorrow. I am draggin' my but, I'm in so much pain. I will

Hi Jane - thanks for the giggle. I love the " Rancho Bizarro " comment.

It feels that way around here sometimes, too! You've certainly been

through the wringer lately with everything going on with your health.

I pray the dentist is able to fix you up good tomorrow so you can get

back to your RA meds and feeling even better. I love your positive

attitude - you just " keep on truckin' " in spite of everything. Thank

I hope you have a pain free dental appointment and that it doesn't

hurt your wallet either!

It's a shame about all of your illness, I will gladly add you to my

prayer list. I am eager for you to be back on Enbrel also.

Honey, i remember how hard that mtx is on your tummy. praying better

days for you and cooler weather for our neck of the woods!

How are you feeling? I pray today is much better for you. I haven't

Hi Melynda,

I have been on mtx for a few years. I recently had cysts removed, so

just started back on it. It's weird though, I never had REAL bad

side effects. The last few weeks,(also when off the mtx,) I've been

having nausea and dizziness. Not sure why, I'm on the same meds, and

I'm not pregnant. So, I'm kind of puzzled right now. Hope your day

is going well for you, sending some pain free days your way, Tawny

Just a quick line today, it's my back jaw tooth thats going crazy. My

options were a $2,000.00 root canal yeah, right) or make an

appointment for an endodontist to pull it for $160.00. I'm seeing him

on the 18th and at this point I'm so sick of dealing with it that I'm

kinda looking forward to it. Hopefully I can just keep Stevie cranked

on my iPod while they're hammering away and pretend I'm in Tahiti or

somewhere....we have a big deal banquet that saturday for my

daughter's missionary organization. It's looking like soup for Mom!

Thanks for your prayers. Maybe one day I can get back on my enbrel,

walking has become somewhat of a chore here lately. I'm moving just

like that dirty old man from Laugh-In did -a slow shuffle with lots

of groaning!

I was hoping that you would get a different report at the dentist.

Hon, I know exactly where you are coming from. I had 2 teeth abscess

simultaneously once. I would have to make the same decision as you,

now.

I hope you get to enjoy some of Saturday and that it doesn't bother

you too much between now and the 18th.

Sorry you are having such bad luck with your back tooth. Didn't think

root canals would cost that much. I had an oral surgeon pull my bad

tooth and it wasn't as expensive as your endodontist. MY husband's

oral surgery recently was very expensive though. Whenever I go to my

dentist for anything I take my little radio. Can't afford an iPod.

Sorry to hear the verdict:( I hear you though, it's so expensive!

Since having sjogren's, my teeth are getting very bad. I have no

dental insurance, and so not a lot I can do with mine.

You are such a lil' trooper though! I pray you get back on the

Enbrel, and get to movin' what a thought, with that slow shuffle.

I'm so proud of your daughter, you will have to fill me in on what

she's been up to. It sounds like she's been doing great things.
