Guest guest
thanks..........I have been miserable, I have taken some colace to try to soften it up without blowing it out.....I did have to take some senna-s to actually go ..... I have never had this problem. I started the lyrica sometime ago and I did not have this much of an issue but I have increased the dose over time and added in the calcium.....I will have to look into some mirlax or something so I can continue my meds......thanks again amber **************Get trade secrets for amazing burgers. Guest guest
Amber, I have the same problem, even though I eat lots and lots of fiber. I have added prunes to my diet. At Walmart, you can get a pretty big container for not much money, and they don't have to be refrigerated. You might also try a stool softener before going to a laxative.
