Hi Shirley,

That was me that started that! Just buy a bottle of it from CVS or wherever

you go and follow the directions. You only take it once a week and one hour

before you begin taking your mtx. That's it. It has begun working for me

on my 3rd week of using it. No more fuzzies.

Isn't there more than one type of Robutussin? I think you said what to look

for on the ingredients.

Yes, the non-drowsy, look for robitusson that has mainly guafinessin in it,

you can use the store brand. Here is what I use: Robitussin : Cough DM

Non-Drowsy, relieves coughs, plus chest congestion , there are 100 mg of

guafinessin in this. I use the cup that is included 1 hour before I start

taking

the MTX and take 2 tsp. No more than that is necessary. Hope this clears

it up and helps.

Welcome Shirley, don't forget the guafinessin portion....there's another

email that is more specific , but its no biggie...lol. good luck with it, i'm

sure as usual with all this, it probably won't work for everyone, but it'll be

worth a shot! best of luck!!!! Same for those lidoderm patches. I can't

fathom putting more tape on those like others do on the list...i;d never get

them off! just can't put them on a sweaty body! lol. mine never come off!
