Are Lupus Symptoms Different for Men?

My Husband has been ill for about 2 years now and I was wondering if

Lupus symptoms may differ for men? He started this whole journey with

what we thought was influenza. His liver counts are elevated and this

disease has affected his kidneys as well. The largest complaint that

he has is the constant fatigue. We have had more tests than has

liver pills and seem to be no further ahead than we were to years ago.

His ANA titer is only " borderline " and we understand that the test is

not definitive, anyway.
