Heidi,

How often do you inject? I injected today and honest to goodness.... My hands

are the least amount of swollen since.... FOREVER. I am taking pics of them

today, tomorrow and through the weekend when I am on the MTX because I have a

feeling they are going to blow up as usual when I take the MTX!

Kami,

I stopped the MTX and have continued the Humera. It had gotten to the point

that I was sick all the time from the MTX. Well its been around a month and

I can definitely tell the difference without the MTX. I have to move more

slowly and have a lot of muscle and joint pain. I guess however, that I

will deal with these pains rather that deal with the nausea and diarrhea of

MTX.

Hi Kami,

I only take it every other week. I have never had a problem with it, it was

just when I was taking the MTX. I love my Dr but I think he was a bit put

off when I told him I wanted to stop it. I am now trying to decide wheather

the pain is worse or the nausea. Its a hard decision but I am gonn try to

stay off of the MTX.

Heidi,

Have you tried a lower dosage of MTX? What about splitting up the doses?

I think that MTX affects my mood more than anything. I take 8 pills. I tried

doing 4 and 4 and WOW... I couldn't even stand myself. Now I do 3 Friday AM, 2

Friday PM, and 3 Saturday AM. MTX WORKS but I am seeing swelling of hands and

fingers as well as the foul mood Fri-Sun.

Hey! I just thought of something! Hubby and kid are home as well!Hmmmm..... NAH!

I'm SURE it's the MTX! hee hee
