SNF Rehab needed for my dearest aunt

Hi everyone,

I need your help ASAP.

My dear aunt lives on SW 48th St in Miami, FL 33155. Recently she's had a

series of health problems including a fx shoulder and most recently bowel

resection dt impaction and adhesions. My cousin, her youngest daughter, has

lived with and taken care of her so far since she had been so self

sufficient and of good mind - still drove herself to church and shopping in

the neighborhood, walked their dog (which is how she fx her shoulder when

the dog bolted and knocked her down). Now although physically she's been

progressing, her mind is " gone " per my cousin's email just now. Although

there are 5 siblings in FL and TX none is equipped to care for her, all have

work and other obligations, and they don't want to move her to someone

else's hectic household which may make things worse. I was asked for a

recommendation for placement which might be temporary, or may turn out to be

permanent.

I will appreciate a recommendation or suggestions for a SNF/Rehab around the

area or easily accessible from my friends and colleagues in FL ASAP.
