Guest guest
I know my uncle richard has RA in his kneck. It has always been stiff, he can't move it. I don't know what other symptoms he has had with it. He had " Gold Shots " for years and for him it has kept it under control. In , " S. Guest guest
I have also had the same neck issues, popping and crepitation, a tingling running down my shoulder and up to my ear. I believe RA affects the upper neck vertebrae just like elsewhere in the body. " S. Pruitt " <seriouslysanibel@...> wrote: Since my last RD visit, I have had some popping and grinding in my neck. Guest guest
Do you sleep with a contour pillow? I find that that helps support the cervical area. Guest guest
I also use a memory foam contour pillow which really helps my neck and shoulders. Bought it at Target store. Have always used the special pillow since my cervical fusion in 1992. Debbie L > > Do you sleep with a contour pillow? Guest guest
I guess what I was asking originally, is what are the potential side effects of neck arthritis? Obviously there will be compression to the spinal cord, but is this something that can be prevented? Or is it like many active RA joints and problems are just inevitable?
