Hi All You Talented Nutrition, Wellness and Fitness Experts:

I am writing a cookbook that will be geared toward weight loss and want

to include tips from the experts (that would be YOU!). If you would

like to contribute your number one (or top 5) weight loss tip(s) that

you offer your clients (with appropriate attribution acknowledged)

If you prefer to talk on the phone, just send me an e-mail indicating

that and I will try and arrange a convenient time to talk.

For any of you that specialize in exercise as well, the tip can relate

more to movement than food.

Please include how you would like to be credited. If I use your tip,

you will be given credit--please understand however , there may be

overlap so if someone else and you both contribute the same tip, only

one person will be given the credit.
