Guest guest
Is this a trick question? Two alternatives: You can guess at triggers or find a test you like. I like LEAP for migraines, but the case could be convincingly made by detractors that I'm biased. Keep in mind I must LIVE next door to my recovered or not recovered patients So if someone has a cure that works 100% of the time rather than just 80%, I'm all ears Michal Hogan, RD, LD, CLT NUTRITIONRESULTS.COM Helping patients, doctors and dietitians with the serious business of helping folks with IBS, fibromyalgia, migraine and other effects of delayed food hypersensitivities In a message dated 2/2/2012 1:25:24 P.M. When she eats she gets migraines, rapid heat beats, feels all around sick, has not bee sleeping, but all of her blood work ups have come back normal, including Vitamin D level. You can tell when its been a worse week for her because she gets very very dark circles under her eyes. She has not noted that any one type of food triggers this, it has happened with all foods.
