I can’t remember who asked me about the recipe, and here’s the answer I use any vegan, sugar free, old muffin recipe Then I use individual muffin tins, lined with paper, and put them in the steamer for 30 minutes This time I sweetened them with frozen concentrate apple juice, Suzannes rice malt, and a tiny bit of agave. I don’t like agave, but I have some and am trying to use it up so I don’t waste.
