I exercise IN a masterpiece each morning.

There is a 150 acre nature preserve a mile from my house.

Each morning I take the dogs

(they are the BEST incentive and

motivation for exercise)

and we exercise by walking the trails

of this nature preserve.

It is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and

truly a natural masterpiece.

The best exercise regiment I have ever

utilized.

Since I've started this routine each morning

my hips don't hurt like they used to

(I can even sleep on my sides again)

I'm sleeping better at night

and the fatigue factor

is WAY DOWN.

Yeah nature.

Good Luck,

Shauna

Shauna I loved the way you

set up your post I am trying it now

I hope it looks as nice as yours.

I am going to try to walk a little every day.

I started yesterday when I went to see my

primary doctor. I stayed in bed over a

year with RA pain. Two weeks ago I

started humira injections. I was

so happy when the RA pain almost

litterally disappeared.

There must be a lot of things we can

do to move around. I like the enjoyeable

ones like walking a pet like you do.

Wow a nature preserve almost next door

to you. ONe couldnt ask for a better

place to live. Maybe after a while my pain

wont be so bad. I know if we move around

we are much better off.

Melynda and group;

Thanks so much Melynda. I feel a lot better. I have a ways to go yet

but I am working on it. I came a long way since I started our group.

Melynda I love reading your post. Your so concerned for everyone.

You seem so caring. EAch and everyone here are unique. I find great

words from each and every one here. Maybe it's cause people in pain

are more sincetive to others feeling I just don't know why. I am glad

of it anyways. j

gentle kind hugs
