Swp27 and group;

I am so sorry about your pain. Thats a lot of pain for a long

time. I have had much problems with pain through out my adult life

also. Mine was never diagnosed. I endured it and tried to get

pain meds through out my adult life. I am 54 now.

Most of the time my family and friends thought there was nothing

wrong with me. I would complain about the pain and had to continue

working and go on anyway. I only wanted a diagnose back than. Just

to verify what ever it was that I had.

I have been diagnosed with RA, osteo, fibro, bursitis, sleep apnea.

Thats all the ones that made working hard for many years. I was

just diagnosed with these in the last 5 years. Its hard to say what

the other pain was from. At least I got help for those I listed

now. So, I understand your pain swp. I feel for you. I sure dont

know what sarcoidosis is but I will look it up. Do you have a

name. I didnt see one at the end of your post?

gentle hugs

Clora

> I also have 2 auto imm. diseases, sarcoidosis (dx when I was 22),

> RA, which was dx in July. I am 58 now. The fatigue I feel with RA

is the same way I felt when the sarcoid was active. I was told that

sarcoids can affect your joints and muscles, and I truly believe it.

I started having muscle and joint pain at age 25 and it never

stopped, just got progressively worse. Over the years, I have been

dx with tennis elbow, bursitis, oseto. arithtis, tendonitis,

stretched ligaments, frozen shoulders, fibro. I have spent years in

and out of physical theraphy. It took 35 years for me to finally get

some relief. I am now on prednisone and mtx, as well as tramadol,

vicodin and ibuprofen. I still have pain in my neck, shoulders,

elbows, hands, knees, ankles and feet, but the pain levels are now

around 4-6 instead of 9-10. I had been in intense pain since Dec.

2006. Thank God I was able to retire at 52, after working 30 years.

I have much sympathy for all of you that work!

Sandy and group;

Nice to meet you Sandy. I was never a football fan that much. We

use to say go Browns lol. Awe yes Ohio's summers are so grand.

Here in SC, one can't go outside long with 95 degress temps.

Cleveland Ohio had temps of average 75 degress.

My bother lives next to Akron. I don't know where. I will ask him

next time we chat on the phone. I miss the great Lake Erie. WE

could hop in the car and be there in about 10 minutes. I took the

Lake for granted. I thought everyone had a great lake haaaaaaaa.

gentle kind hugs
