I don't have time to research - can anyone give me their synopsis as a nutrition

professional? Generally I am against all artificial sweeteners as they feed the

sweet craving in addition to anything else they may contribute to. Outside of

folks with blood glucose issues would you recommend to your clients?

Specifically baking with it.
