The answer to your question is yes and no. To make butter, you need

more to start with, but when you eat it it takes very little to get

the benefit. I don't know about vaporizing. I've heard of that,

but have no experience with it.

Making cannibutter is an all day process. Vaporizing it is great as you

get all the benifits without the nasty smoke. vaporizors can be costly.

Marijuana is only legal in 13 states.

Hi,

I take what is called marinol - a legal " pot "  pill that my hubby gets out of NC

for other issues.  Do not know how many states it is legal in - I know we live

in SC and it is NOT legal here. So hubby keeps his doc in NC but just not for

that. I don't know if that is any help for you or not.

I was just wondering, if you boil the stuff in butter and use it to

cook or if you vaporize it, don't you need a lot more of it to get the

same effect? I don't personally use it but can't say that I wouldn't

if it came to that. I do wish they would make it legal for medicinal

uses in all states.

The THC content is the same no matter how it's inhaled, at least, so

you use the same amount.

I didn't know that anyone was still making or prescribing marinol!

Excellent! Marinol has all of the benefits of THC without the " bad

stuff " (carcinogens from smoke, etc.)

It's legal in North Carolina! Not in our state (SC) but it is a helpful thing

when needed!

MARIJUANA

I will do anything legal and moral to stop this pain. I smoked pot when I was a

young women. It made me feel good, however; anything I felt at the time was

intensified. Example, if I was hungry food would taste so good, If I was nervous

I would be much more nervous. I went into a convenient store and I thought

everyone was looking at me and knew I was high on pot. I had an asthma attack

and I went out side and stuck my head in the pile of snow to make me breath lol.

Watching TV was a blast. I enjoyed it so much. Never thought it would help pain.

I would of never quit if it would help pain. Anyone who thinks its morally OK,

go ahead and eat it or smoke it,  Oh one thing for those who eat it. I went with

a person I wont say the name. We went to Florida to bring back a load of pot.

And they mixed the weed in a garage that had a pit in it. They peed in it and

they spit in it. They added soda pop in it to stiffen it. Don't feel bad, we

made tea out of it and

drank it. I still get nausea thinking about it, Just thought you would like to

know.

I would be willing to try it for pain relief but whenever I smoked it

in my teens, all I remember is that it made he hungry then sleepy. I

have already gained weight from lyrica...I don't need to gain any

more from having a case of the munchies. Granted, I am sure I

wouldn't have any more problems sleeping.lol. I hate the smell

anyways.
