Guest guest
Hi Deb! I bought mine at Walgreens, they also sell it at Walmart. It helps with Energy (doesn't cure my fatigue but I have used it when traveling). It was $12.99 for a box of 36 packets. I really like the tangerine flavor but they have several other flavors. They sell it at Walmart too near the pharmacy. A friend of mine who is diabetic recommended it to me when we were going on a trip. You just add it to 4 to 6 ounces of water and can have 2 to 4 packets a day. It's kind of fizzy. I've had some of the other flavors too and they are good. In the spring it helps boost our B Vitamins b1, b2, b3, b6 and b12 which my rheumatologist and family dr say are important. In summer, it helps replenish our electrolytes lost through perspiration. In winter, it supports our immune system with vitamin c, zinc, and 32 mineral complexes. My doctors say it can't hurt me to drink it, and when I catch an infection, it may help boost my system back up to fight it! deebs87 <dlohf@...> wrote: Hello, Never heard of Emergen-C until I saw it on this group site. Did briefly Goggle it and found out it's a vitamin enriched drink. Sounds like it would be helpful to us but don't know where to find it. Is it only by the internet, or in stores also? thanks, Debbie L
Guest guest
Thanks for explaining Emergen-C ! Soon as I run low on my current B complex pills will look for the Emergen-C at Walmart. It's sounds good for me. Might even take some to my gym workouts, also. Debbie L > > Hi Deb! > I bought mine at Walgreens, they also sell it at Walmart.
