Young female: Having a hard time

I am a 31 year old female, I have been diagnosed with having RA, and

fibromyalgia, I have been on methotrexate for the last year and it

just is not work, I recently had to go the emergency room because of

inflammation in my eye and the eye doctor put me on 140mg of

Prednisone!!! This has me feeling great, my RA doctor was not happy

about this, I guess, but I love the way I feel, i have no pains what so

ever. Does the prednisone provide temporary relief? Or can I stay on

this long term. Aside from me also wanting to conceive again, are

there any other health concerns you have experienced.
