Key roles for this position are outlined as follows: * Has good understanding of the Food Science including Nutrition, Microbiology, and Chemistry. * Be able to understand food related regulations, guidelines, and the references around the world. * Capable of using various IT tools to perform and lead nutrition data analysis. * Be able to communicate effectively with technical and business partners. * Be effective on project management. * Quick learner, and be able to adapt to the company cultural. * Be a productive team player and leading through influence. * Be confident in working with people from different cultural background globally. * Be able to translate the facts/science into the relevance of the business. * Be willing to travel internationally. (About 30% travel: international and domestically). Desired Skills & Experience Experience: * Undergraduate in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or Microbiology required. * Advanced degree preferred. * Five or more years working experience in food or related industry. * Strong background on data analysis and project management. * Good understanding of process to establish product nutrition information, product formulation changes, quality systems and emerging food related issue management. * Experience of working with international markets is preferred. * Global Experience preferred.
