A workbook that I purchased that's useful for those who have emotional, mental and physical pain is called " How to Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life " . Referral to a group therapy group can be a lot cheaper than individual therapy, too. Do any little thing that you can do to bring a little distraction, comfort and pleasure to your life.
